DODIK: NOVI ZEJTINLIK IS A SACRED PLACE OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

SOKOLAC, JULY 7 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik said that the Serbian military cemetery Novi Zejtinlik in Sokolac is a sacred place of Republika Srpska, where heroes who gave their lives for the freedom of the Serb people are laid to rest.

"Together with Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić, I visited the reconstruction works on the access road to the cemetery. It is our duty to preserve this place with dignity and keep it well maintained as a lasting sign of respect for those whose sacrifice created Republika Srpska," Dodik wrote on the social media platform X.

A total of 961 soldiers of the Army of Republika Srpska are buried at the Novi Zejtinlik cemetery.
