DALIBOR KAJIŠ WINS EPIPHANY HOLY CROSS SWIM

BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 19 /SRNA/ - Dalibor Kajiš from Banja Luka was the first to reach the Holy Cross in the Vrbas River in Banja Luka on the occasion of the major Christian holiday of Epiphany.

A total of 33 swimmers took part in the traditional swimming for the Holy Cross.

The event was preceded by the Epiphany procession, which set off from the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, as well as the Holy Hierarchical Liturgy.

The swimming for the Holy Cross was attended by the Serb member of the Presidency of BiH Željka Cvijanović, Serb delegate to the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Radovan Kovačević, SNSD leader Milorad Dodik, and Banja Luka Mayor Draško Stanivuković.
