CONFIRMATION OF INDICTMENT AGAINST KRALJEVIĆ - CONTINUATION OF BOSNIAK WARTIME PLAN

VLASENICA, MARCH 9 /SRNA/ - The judiciary of BiH is conducting a hunt against former members of the Army and Police of Republika Srpska, which represents a continuation of the Bosniak wartime plan, and this has been confirmed by the indictment against the Mayor of Vlasenica, Miroslav Kraljević, the Veterans' Organization of the Birač region, said today.

"They apply the laws imposed by Paddy Ashdown and Christian Schmidt, which did not go through parliamentary procedure, while for certain members of the so-called Army of BiH, the law of the former SFRY is applied, which is more favorable to the accused," the Veterans' Organization stated.

The Veterans' Organization of the Birač region condemns such actions taken by the Prosecutor's Office and Court of BiH, which they say are under the control of Bosniak politics in Sarajevo, aiming to exert pressure on the Serb people in Republika Srpska.

They emphasized that Serbs are being arrested even for allegedly spoken words, and that it is not accidental that the same has been done in the case of Kraljević.

The Court of BiH has confirmed the indictment charging Kraljević with inciting national, racial, and religious hatred, discord, and intolerance, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH said earlier.

According to the indictment, the disputed statements refer to public appearances in which he expressed respect for Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić.
