BUBIĆ: STRENGTHENING COOPERATION WITH SERBIA ONE OF SRPSKA'S PRIORITIES

BANJA LUKA, JULY 25 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Economy and Entrepreneurship Minister Radenko Bubić told SRNA that Serbia is one of Srpska's most important foreign trade partners and its largest investor, emphasizing that continuing and strengthening cooperation with Serbia is one of the government's priorities.

Bubić noted that Serbia has invested in telecommunications, the food industry, and other industrial sectors in Srpska, including the textile and electrical industries.

"In October last year, we signed a memorandum on special cooperation, and over the past three months, Serbia's Minister of Economy Adrijana Mesarović has visited Srpska twice, during which, we discussed future investments," Bubić said.

He added that several projects are currently being developed and that Serbia's Ministry of Economy has expressed interest in various capacities owned by the Srpska Government and local municipalities.

"Our goal is to create a database of these capacities, as well as other resources that could be of interest to Serbia's Ministry of Economy," Bubić stressed.
