ALEKSIĆ PRESENTED STEVANDIĆ BOOK ON THE CONSEQUENCES OF BOMBING WITH DEPLETED URANIUM

BANJA LUKA, NOVEMBER 27 /SRNA/ - Lawyer Srđan Aleksić presented his book "Uranium 238 – The Bullet That Causes Cancer" to the speaker of the Republika Srpska National Assembly, Nenad Stevandić.

"I am still banned from entering Germany, because my adviser, Professor Dragan Dakić, initiated proceedings against Christian Schmidt before the German parliament, but books about inhumanity towards Serbs, this time about depleted uranium, are arriving through lawyer Srđan Aleksić, in German," Stevandić poste on X.

The book "Uranium 238 – The Bullet That Causes Cancer" deals with the consequences of the use of depleted uranium /U-238/ during the 1999 bombing and investigates the impact on human health and the environment.

In the book, Aleksić presents arguments and data which, according to him and the documents he presents, indicate that this ammunition had consequences for human’s health - cancer, other diseases, as well as for the environment.

Professor Aleksić is in Banja Luka today, where he will give a lecture on the topic "The use of depleted uranium and its impact on human health, especially on the occurrence of cancer".
