VULIĆ: AGREEMENT BETWEEN SRPSKA AND SERBIA WILL NOT BE SUSPENDED

SARAJEVO, SEPTEMBER 10 /SRNA/ - Sanja Vulić, head of the SNSD club in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, said in a statement to SRNA that a group of lawmakers from the Federation of BiH is continuing to misuse the House by sending letters to more than 800 addresses in support of unconstitutional initiatives that run counter to the Dayton Agreement, stressing that the agreement between Republika Srpska and Serbia will not be suspended.

"There will be no temporary suspension. I say this as an elected representative from Republika Srpska because this is a matter for Republika Srpska and Serbia to decide, not you," Vulić told MPs from the Federation of BiH who sent an initiative to more than 800 addresses across Europe, the United States and the United Kingdom calling for an urgent review and temporary suspension of the Agreement on the Establishment of Special Parallel Relations between Serbia and Republika Srpska.

She reminded that the General Framework Agreement for Peace, together with its annexes, was signed by the parties and that special parallel relations are both a Dayton and constitutional category.

"We did not interfere in whether the Federation would establish similar relations with neighboring countries. Given how much you have damaged international relations by falsely presenting yourselves, in many cases, as BiH, perhaps that is the only option left to you," Vulić pointed out.

She stated there was growing evidence that the Federation of BiH had never genuinely accepted the implementation of the Dayton Agreement, while the number of interlocutors was steadily declining.

Vulić pointed out that Republika Srpska was an ally in the fight against globalism, Islamic terrorism and radicalism, as well as other forms of political terrorism, and that it was committed to peace, reconciliation and the Christian values and principles on which the Dayton Agreement was based.

"I understand, you no longer have /Michael/ Murphy and /Christian/ Schmidt, so the panic is obvious. What you are sending is not a letter but a cry for help in the election campaign and an admission that you do not know how, and do not want, to discuss relations in BiH and the region with domestic actors," Vulić said.
