PATRIARCH PORFIRIJE TALKED TO THE RUSSIAN PRESIDENT

BELGRADE, APRIL 22 /SRNA/ - Today in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin received His Holiness Serbian Patriarch Porfirije and Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill.

The meeting was also attended by His Eminence Metropolitan Irinej of Bačka as a member of the delegation of the Serbian Orthodox Church /SOC/ and Metropolitan Antonije of Volokolamsk from the Russian Orthodox Church, it was announced on the SOC website.

Earlier today, Patriarch Porfirije and the SOC delegation spoke with Patriarch Kirill and his associates at the Danilov Monastery, the residence of the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia.
