INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST MIJATOVIĆ FOR ABUSE OF OFFICE

SARAJEVO, SEPTEMBER 3 /SRNA/ – The Special Department for Combating Corruption, Organised Crime and Inter-Cantonal Crime /POSKOK/ has filed an indictment against Federal Minister of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts Vojin Mijatović.

POSKOK spokesperson Nina Hadžihajdarević told SRNA that the indictment had been forwarded to the competent court for confirmation, while the investigation was conducted on suspicion of abuse of office.

"We will only be able to speak about the details of the indictment after it has been confirmed," Hadžihajdarević said.

The case concerns an investigation into the issuing of public calls and the disputed allocation of budget funds worth BAM 1.2 million, federal media reported.
