INDICTMENT AGAINST RAMO ISAK CONFIRMED, HEARING SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 17

ŽEPČE, OCTOBER 30 /SRNA/ - The Žepče Municipal Court has confirmed the indictment against FBiH Interior Minister Ramo Isak on suspicion of endangering security, and the plea hearing has been scheduled for November 17, Federation media report.

The indictment against Isak was filed by the Zenica-Doboj Canton Prosecutor's Office.

The indictment was received by the Žepče Municipal Court on October 19 and assigned on October 23 to the preliminary hearing judge, who took it up and confirmed it the same day.

According to Federation media, Isak is charged with threatening an employee of the Zenica Cantonal Hospital.

He will enter his plea at the hearing at 9:30 a.m., after which further steps in the court proceedings are expected.
