NORTH MACEDONIAN YOUNG PIANIST ANA MAZNEJKOVA PRESENTS RECITAL IN DOBOJ

DOBOJ, JUNE 13 /SRNA/ – A solo concert by pianist Ana Maznejkova from North Macedonia was held in Doboj this evening. She was the winner of last year's International Competition "Pianova Interclassic Doboj 2025."

Organizer of the International Competition "Pianova Interclassic" Slaviša Đurić told reporters that tonight's solo concert was the prize for winning the first place.

He said that more than 150 outstanding young performers have taken part in the competition, coming not only from countries in the region but also from Italy and China.

The 16-year-old Maznejkova performed compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Frederic Chopin.

Maznejkova has performed in 14 European countries and has so far won 78 international first and absolute first prizes at competitions in Paris, Salzburg, Belgrade, Vienna, London, Milan, Berlin, Brussels, Barcelona, Valletta, Skopje, Treviso, Sofia, Rimini and other cities.

In March 2023, she performed as a soloist with the Macedonian Philharmonic Orchestra.

Tonight's concert was held in the hall of the Pianova Academy in Doboj.
