DOBOJ, APRIL 28 /SRNA/ – The Traffic and Electrical Engineering School from Doboj won recognition and a trophy for the best secondary school in the field of informatics at the Inost Mladih in Banja Luka, which gathered around 1,200 exhibitors with more than 500 innovations from several countries.
School Director Miroslav Topalović praised the students and teachers for their outstanding achievement, noting that the school submitted 11 projects in the fields of information technology, multimedia and automation.
He highlighted that the Smart Fit application by students Andrej Jovanović, David Božičković and Simo Zelenković received a diploma with a gold plaque.
A diploma with a silver plaque was awarded to the Aldea application by Saša Bosić and Tamara Joksimović.
A diploma with a bronze plaque went to the Alergos application by Ognjen Vasić, Jovan Pijunović and Stefan Ristić, as well as to the video "Digital Footprint Lasts Forever" by Stefan Tripunović, Teodora Milivojević and Anastasija Demonjić.
Topalović added that the award for best mentor went to teacher Goran Radojčić.
A special diploma was awarded to Aleksandra Trifunović, Vuk Ivančević and Mahir Bećirović for the Noktua application.
The Inost Mladih 2026 International Exhibition of Ideas, Innovations and Creativity, dedicated to the 170th anniversary of Nikola Tesla's birth, was held from April 22 to 24.
