BANJA LUKA, APRIL 8 /SRNA/ - The issuing of warrants for the highest officials of Republika Srpska leads to the height of the disintegration of the anti-Dayton BiH, lawyer Slavko Mitrović believes.
Mitrović emphasized that the President of the Republic Milorad Dodik was convicted by the unconstitutional "Court of BiH" in Sarajevo, and then together with the Speaker of the National Assembly Nenad Stevandić and the Prime Minister Radovan Višković, he was accused of "destroying the constitutional order of BiH".
"The unconstitutional 'prosecutor's office and court of BiH' have become not only an instrument for the unitization of BiH, but also a weapon for the destruction of Republika Srpska and its constitutional institutions, even though Republika Srpska persistently advocates for the respect and implementation of the Dayton Agreement and the Constitution of BiH as an integral part of it," Mitrović stated in the author's text for Glas Srpske.
He reminded that national delegates of Republika Srpska were also attacked, to whom they sent summons for questioning in Sarajevo, even though they have immunity according to the Constitution of Srpska and the Constitution of BiH.
"These are desperate moves to patch up the hideous creation created by rewriting the Dayton Agreement and taking away the competences that according to the Constitution of BiH belong to the entities," Mitrović is categorical.
According to him, the political and constitutional crisis caused by Christian Schmidt, "a German tourist and self-proclaimed person supported by the Brussels bureaucracy of the EU", only intensified the disintegration of the anti-Dayton BiH.
Mitrović also reminded that last week the outgoing government of Germany and the government of Austria, without the election winner of the Freedom Party, imposed sanctions on the President of Republika Srpska, the Speaker of the National Assembly and the Prime Minister.
"This was announced at the time of the visit of Anna Liermann from the Government of Germany, as well as her colleague Beate Meinl-Reisinger from the Government of Austria. Typical provocation and insolence worthy of colonial rulers. The Ministers were enthusiastically welcomed in Sarajevo, just as Muslim Sarajevo normally welcomes the occupiers, former and present in the character of Schmidt," Mitrović stated.
As an additional provocation, Mitrović pointed out, Liermann is on her way to Banja Luka for meetings with SDS and PDP as opposition not only to the authorities, but also to Republika Srpska.
"Political Sarajevo, by the way, has been in an overstrained state of hysteria and calls for war for months. That's why the completely justified decision of Republika Srpska about the undesirability of the German minister has additionally poured hatred into their little brains," Mitrović noted.
