VIADUCT INVESTIGATION SHOULD TARGET THOSE TRYING TO TAKE MONEY

BANJA LUKA, JULY 15 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić says the Viaduct case investigation should focus on those attempting to take money, rather than on politicians disliked by certain individuals.

Speaking to the press in Banja Luka, Stevandić said that even the BiH Attorney General Office acknowledged the case involved foul play, something also pointed out by Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik.

"It would be better for all prosecutorial and other legal tools to be directed not at politicians someone dislikes, but at those who tried to take money from both Republika Srpska and BiH. That much is clear. Anyone who listened to the president could hear that he said exactly that," Stevandić emphasized.

He also pointed out that the Viaduct doesn't even have a proper bank account to which the money should be transferred.
