PRIJEDOR, JUNE 3 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić has stated today that the attempt to completely overthrow what the internationals constantly cling to and swear by - the constitutional order – is in progress.

Stevandić points out that the constitutional order is based on the signatures of Republika Srpska, the Federation of BiH, Serbia, and Croatia, and that the Dayton-based Constitution is a contracted constitution.

"Therefore, only authentic representatives of the people, those elected by the people, can participate in the creation of policies based on those documents," said Stevandić in Prijedor, responding to a journalist's question about whether the goal of the Peace Implementation Council /PIC/ and Christian Schmidt is to pressure the HDZ and raise tensions, or to pursue an internal agreement in BiH without foreign interference.

He emphasizes that those not elected by the people have no right to sign or decide anything.

"If someone wants to amend the laws on their own, like the unappointed Christian Schmidt, or if under his framework or intentions people are gathering who are not authentic representatives of their people, then the goal is to completely destabilize this country or to abolish the Serbs as a constituent people who elect their own representatives with the right to sign and decide," Stevandić added.

Representatives of the Office of the High Representative /OHR/ called on the opposition parties from Republika Srpska /PDP, SDS, and the Movement for Justice and Order /, parties of the "Troika" from the Federation of BiH /SDP, NiP, and NS/, as well as HDZ BiH, to attend a meeting in Sarajevo.
