SARAJEVO, APRIL 30 /SRNA/ – The head of the SNSD caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Sanja Vulić has submitted a parliamentary question to the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH regarding the acceptance and application of acts that were not adopted by the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, as was the case with amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH imposed by Christian Schmidt.
Her parliamentary question, which she submitted today to the Parliamentary Assembly, also includes a document from the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH showing that the amendments to the Criminal Code of BiH, on the basis of which proceedings were conducted against then-President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, were neither reviewed nor adopted in either the House of Representatives or the House of Peoples.
"How does the Court justify the application of such acts in relation to the principle of legality and the constitutionally guaranteed rights of citizens to elect and be elected? How do you explain acting upon decisions that declare as law the acts of a person presenting himself as the `High Representative`; is this in accordance with Articles I/2 and IV/3 c) and h) of the Constitution?" Vulić asked.
