REPUBLIKA SRPSKA STANDS FIRMLY WITH JEWISH PEOPLE IN THESE DIFFICULT MOMENTS

BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 14 /SRNA/ – The Serb member of the BiH Presidency, Željka Cvijanović, condemned the horrific terrorist attack on the Jewish community in Sydney and emphasized that Republika Srpska firmly stands with the friendly Jewish people in these difficult moments.

“I most strongly condemn the horrific terrorist attack on the Jewish community in Sydney.

This heinous act, carried out during the celebration of Hanukkah, obliges us to an even stronger joint fight against terrorism and antisemitism,” Cvijanović posted on X.

According to her, in these difficult moments Republika Srpska stands firmly with the friendly Jewish people, both Republika Srpska and BiH, as well as around the world.

According to the latest information, the number of victims in the Bondi Beach shooting in the Australian city of Sydney has risen to 12, with 16 people wounded.

Armed individuals opened fire on a Jewish gathering celebrating Hanukkah on Bondi Beach.

New South Wales Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon described the attack as a terrorist incident.
