BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 12 /SRNA/ – A recent SDP’s statement shows how deeply the party is entrenched in political hypocrisy and charlatanism, and how far it has drifted from reality, having lost any sense of the principles of law, reason, and logic, said Srđan Mazalica, the head of the SNSD caucus in the Republika Srpska National Assembly.
“It is hypocritical to call the government of Savo Minić illegal and unconstitutional, while the FBiH Constitution was suspended for 24 hours by an unappointed foreigner for appointing the government headed by Nermin Nikšić. That’s not only hypocritical, it’s unintelligent,” Mazalica told SRNA.
He pointed out that while the SDP is calling for the dismissal of SNSD personnel from executive positions, it is clear they cannot dismiss Srđan Amidžić or Staša Košarac from the Council of Ministers.
“Without those two, they can’t even dismiss other SNSD officials appointed by the Council of Ministers. Not even those appointed by the Parliamentary Assembly can be dismissed legally,” Mazalica explained.
According to him, this is just another empty statement, as empty as the SDP BiH itself, with its hollow and subservient positions.
“But since they believe that the way to fight SNSD is through dismissals, we can play that game too. That’s why on Monday we will submit an initiative to dismiss Mirsad Duratović, the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, who is an SDP member. The Assembly will vote on this at the next session,” Mazalica stated.
He emphasized that SDP BiH should understand that the SNSD is supported by the people, as well as by the constitutions of both BiH and Republika Srpska, not by the SDP’s fervour and servility toward Schmidt.
“It’s a sad party that claims to uphold so-called anti-fascist values while serving a Nazi sympathizer who helped bring them to power,” Mazalica concluded, referring to the recent demand by the SDP BiH presidency for the dismissal of SNSD officials from executive positions.
