KOŠARAC: STAY AWAY FROM SERBIAN IDENTITY AND EMOTIONS

SARAJEVO, JANUARY 14 /SRNA/ – Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac said that Serbs are part of the unified and indivisible Serbian Orthodox Church and that a Bosnian Orthodox Church has never existed and never will.

"Every day we hear some nonsense coming from Sarajevo. The latest one is from /Mustafa/ Cerić. Stay away from our identity and emotions. We are not converts," Košarac wrote on X.

Former head of the Islamic Community in BiH Mustafa Cerić proposed the establishment of a new religious community to be called the "Bosnian Orthodox Church," which has prompted numerous reactions from the Serbian Orthodox Church and officials of Republika Srpska.
