SARAJEVO, JANUARY 23 /SRNA/ - The decision of the truncated Constitutional Court of BiH regarding the previous Government of Republika Srpska has absolutely no legal force or effect in Republika Srpska Milorad Kojić, an SNSD member of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, told SRNA.

Kojić added that the decision on the appointment of the new Government of Republika Srpska has already been published in the "Official Gazette" and that the new ministers are assuming their duties today.

He said that, once again, the leadership of Republika Srpska has responded appropriately, and reiterated that the Constitutional Court of BiH did not even have jurisdiction to rule on this appeal, and should have declared itself incompetent.

"Their intention to represent Bosniak interests and create a unitary BiH by undermining the constitutional-legal order of Republika Srpska is something that is their basic presumption and motivation, without regard to the fact that, in doing so, each of them has disregarded their law school training and the legal profession," Kojić stated, commenting on the assessment of the truncated Constitutional Court of BiH that the previous Government of Republika Srpska was "unconstitutional."

He stated that, over the past several years, the Constitutional Court of BiH has effectively become an entity operating solely on the front line of undermining the constitutional-legal order of Republika Srpska, despite having no jurisdiction to do so.
