FORMER GOVERNMENT OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA WAS LEGAL AND THAT FACT REMAINS UNCHANGED

SARAJEVO, JANUARY 23 /SRNA/ - The former Government of Republika Srpska was legal, and that fact remains unchanged; the decisions of the Constitutional Court of BiH that call this into question have neither legal nor constitutional basis, Sanja Vulić, Head of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, told SRNA.

"Judicial robes mean nothing when judges are dishonorable," Vulić said, adding that the Constitutional Court of BiH does not act in accordance with the law or professional standards.

She emphasized that the court acts as a servant to certain globalist structures rather than as an independent judicial institution.

She says it is disgraceful that the Constitutional Court of BiH is dismantling the Dayton Peace Agreement and performing actions that, under the Constitution and the Dayton Agreement, have never fallen within its jurisdiction, assessing that such conduct represents a direct attack on the constitutional order.

"The message to the dishonorable non-judges is clear - do whatever you want. Republika Srpska and its institutions are stable and eternal, and no illegitimate ruling can change that," Vulić said.

The truncated Constitutional Court of BiH, operating without Serb judges, considers the previous Government of Republika Srpska to be "unconstitutional."

At a two-day session, the truncated Constitutional Court of BiH assessed that the decisions adopted by the previous Government of Republika Srpska from September 2 last year to January 18 this year "were contrary to provisions of the Constitution of BiH."
