ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, JUNE 8 /SRNA/ – The Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović expressed full support for Radio-Television of Republika Srpska journalist Jasenko Todorović, who was questioned by the State Investigation and Protection Agency /SIPA/, saying that BiH lacks the rule of law, democracy, freedom of speech and open public debate.

"It is high time that, instead of prosecuting free expression, BiH finally examines and removes the consequences of harmful colonial, undemocratic and unlawful oversight that suppresses sovereignty and democratic processes", Cvijanović wrote on the social media platform X.

RTRS journalist Jasenko Todorović was questioned today at a SIPA office in Banja Luka after a complaint was filed regarding statements made during the television program "Drugi Ugao", which aired more than a year ago and in which, according to the complaint, the genocide in Srebrenica was denied.
