XI: I BRING FRIENDSHIP AND COOPERATION

WASHINGTON, SEPTEMBER 24 /SRNA-Reuters/ - Chinese President Xi Jinping said today at the White House that he had come to the United States bringing friendship, expanded cooperation and a commitment to improving the well-being of the peoples of both countries.

“China-US cooperation may not solve all the problems in the world, but without such cooperation it would be very difficult to solve many of the world’s problems,” Xi stressed.

According to him, he and US President Donald Trump respect each other, maintain regular communication, and support cooperation in foreign affairs, trade, finance, and security.

Xi added that China’s doors had remained open and that US companies investing there had been warmly welcomed.
