WITKOFF AND KUSHNER TO HOLD TALKS WITH KYIV OFFICIALS IN MIAMI

WASHINGTON, OCTOBER 8 /SRNA-Reuters/ - US representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will meet Ukrainian officials in Miami tomorrow to discuss new plans and proposals for ending the conflict in Ukraine, sources said today.

Witkoff and Kushner will hold a working session with the Ukrainian delegation on new plans and proposals that US negotiators began developing with both sides during a recent visit to the region.

According to the sources, representatives of the White House National Security Council and the Treasury Department will also attend the meeting.

The US negotiators have invited national security advisers from Britain, France and Germany, as well as officials from NATO and the EU.

The sources said the talks were expected to cover proposals for security guarantees for Ukraine, a post-war plan for moving forward and other aspects of the conflict.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said earlier that the conflict in Ukraine was in a dangerous stalemate.
