UNMANNED HELICOPTER WITH ONE-TONNE PAYLOAD CAPACITY PRESENTED

BEIJING, SEPTEMBER 10 /SRNA/ - Chinese companies presented a range of innovative solutions at the Trade and Services Fair in Beijing, including an unmanned helicopter with a payload capacity of up to 1,000 kilograms designed for cargo transport, firefighting and rescue operations, as well as a robot capable of communicating with children in several languages.

Flight International engineer Zhentao Xu told SRNA that the company is developing two types of unmanned helicopters.

One of these models has a maximum payload capacity of 450 kilograms and is suitable for firefighting, cargo delivery and emergency rescue operations.

"The 1,000-kilogram payload model can be used for cargo delivery where high load capacity is required, and its endurance with a full load is about two hours," Xu said.

Xu noted that the helicopter can be used to transport materials to hard-to-reach areas, transport cargo in maritime areas, fight forest fires, conduct geographical surveys, as well as for other specialized operations.

Chinese company Free Beauty, which manufactures robots and develops artificial intelligence-based technologies, was also presented at the fair.

Company representative Timothy Tang told SRNA that their robot can speak English, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese, as well as communicate with children.

"You can set its name and what it will talk about with your child. You can also determine whether it will be sad, angry or happy," Tang said.

He explained that the language and communication style can be configured through an application that connects the robot to the user's phone.

"You can choose what it will talk about with your child, and the conversation can be configured to be free of violence and based on peace and love," Tang said.

Other robotics products were also presented at the company's booth, as well as a device that Tang said is designed to increase blood oxygen levels.

The International Trade and Services Fair in Beijing brings together companies and institutions from different parts of the world, while artificial intelligence, robotics and other advanced technological solutions are among the key themes of this year's event.
