TRUMP SAYS IRAN WILL PAY MULTIPLE TIMES OVER FOR THREE U.S. SOLDIER DEATHS

WASHINGTON, JULY 20 /SRNA/ - US President Donald Trump threatened Iran with severe retaliation following the deaths of three more American soldiers in the escalating conflict.

"Every time Iran kills an American soldier, it will pay multiple times over for that killing!" Trump wrote on the "Truth Social" platform.

He added that such a directive had been issued to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Dan Caine and other military commanders.

Trump did not specify details of the action he ordered the US military to take.

Two American soldiers were killed on Friday in Jordan, while a third died during the controlled detonation of unexploded ordnance from a downed Iranian drone.

According to official US administration data, 17 American soldiers have been killed so far in the conflict with Iran.
