TRUMP: LIFTING SANCTIONS ON RUSSIAN DIESEL FUEL WAS RIGHT DECISION

WASHINGTON, OCTOBER 12 /SRNA/ - US President Donald Trump said that lifting sanctions on Russian diesel fuel exports was the right decision.

"The EU has paid Russia 250 billion dollars for energy, and the Fake News Media doesn't even want to get near that story. I made the right decision in the interest of the American people - America First, ALWAYS!” Trump wrote on the Truth Social platform.

On Friday, October 9, Trump reached an agreement with Russian President Vladimir Putin to ease the global diesel shortage.

Washington subsequently suspended sanctions on Russian diesel exports, allowing Russia to supply hundreds of thousands of tonnes of fuel to the international market.
