SEVERAL PEOPLE KILLED AND INJURED

GENEVA, SEPTEMBER 10 /SRNA/ - Several people were killed and injured in Switzerland in a traffic accident involving a bus carrying tourists, police said today.

“Several people were killed in a bus accident in Susch, and several others were injured,” the statement said.

No details were released about the circumstances of the accident or the identities of the victims.

According to Swiss media reports, the bus belongs to the Dutch tour operator Dutch Oad.

The traffic accident occurred between the towns of Susch and Zernez in the canton of Graubünden in eastern Switzerland.

Zernez is a gateway for visitors to the Swiss National Park, a large Alpine nature reserve covering more than 100 square kilometres and extending across the Engadin valley.
