NUMBER OF DEATHS FROM EBOLA EXCEEDS 1,500

KINSHASA, JULY 30 /SRNA/ - The number of deaths from Ebola in Congo reached 1,521, the Congolese Ministry of Communications and Media announced.

The statement said that in the last 24 hours, 34 deaths from Ebola were recorded.

The number of infected people in Congo has risen to 3,442, TASS reported.

The mortality rate from Ebola is 44.2 percent.
