NETANYAHU SHARPLY CRITICISES NEW YORK CITY MAYOR

NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 24 /SRNA/ - Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, addressing the UN General Assembly, criticised New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani for supporting the Palestinian terrorist organisation Hamas.

Netanyahu stressed that numerous Jews had told him that New York had changed following Mamdani’s election and was no longer the same city.

According to him, Mamdani’s wife had posted messages on social media expressing support for Hamas members’ October 7 attacks on Israel, including a statement that “Tel Aviv should not exist.”

“Mr. Mamdani, you tried to prevent me from coming and to silence me. You failed, and the simple truth is that Israel did not commit genocide, as you claimed, but prevented it,” Netanyahu said.
