DRIVER STRIKES PEDESTRIANS IN OAKLAND, THREE KILLED

OAKLAND, MAY 17 /SRNA/ - Three people were killed and several others injured after a driver crashed into multiple vehicles and pedestrians in Oakland, California, authorities said.

The Oakland Fire Department reported that three people were pronounced dead at the scene, while five others were injured, including two in critical condition.

The driver involved in the crash sustained minor injuries.

The incident occurred last night at around 11:00 pm, and the driver's identity has not been released, according to AP.

Officials said the crash remains under investigation.
