BRUSSELS URGES UKRAINE TO MOBILIZE WOMEN

MOSCOW, SEPTEMBER 10 /SRNA/ — The European Union welcomes the intensifying discussions over the mobilization of women in Ukraine, Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service /SVR/ stated.

The statement issued by the SVR says that the EU leadership is demanding that Kyiv begin mobilizing women, "modeled on Israel's approach."

"EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas complains about the growing shortage of men fit for military service in Ukraine," the statement pointed out.

At the same time, the SVR claims that Brussels is looking for new "creative ways to help" Ukraine ensure a steady supply of "cannon fodder."
