BESSENT: AGREEMENT ON IMPORTING RUSSIAN DIESEL BENEFITS ALL AMERICANS

WASHINGTON, OCTOBER 11 /SRNA/ – U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent said that the Washington - Moscow agreement on importing Russian diesel fuel benefits all Americans.

"President Trump took office to work for the American people, and lowering diesel prices is good for the American people," Bessent told Fox News.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury earlier issued a temporary general license allowing Russian diesel fuel to be supplied to the global market.

The U.S. Treasury license allows the sale of Russian diesel fuel until April 7 of next year.
