40 PEOPLE KILLED IN BALOCHISTAN

QUETTA, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - At least 40 people were killed when a bus fell into a deep ditch next to a road in the Pakistani province of Balochistan, government officials and a rescue agency said.

The agency's statement said eight people were injured, Reuters reported.

According to the agency, there were a total of 48 people on the bus, traveling from Quetta to Islamabad.
