TEAM EVENTS ALSO COMPLETED AT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, SLOVENIA TAKES FIRST PLACE IN KAYAKING

BANJA LUKA, MAY 23 /SRNA/ - Slovenia won first place in the senior men’s team kayak event at the Wildwater Canoeing World Championships in Banja Luka.

Second place went to France, while the Czech Republic finished third, the “Vrbas M:tel” Canoe-Kayak Club Banja Luka announced.

The same results were recorded in the women’s event in this discipline.

In the senior men’s canoe /C1/ event, France took first place, Germany finished second, and Italy came third.

In the women’s event in the same discipline, the gold medal went to the Czech Republic, silver to France, and bronze to Great Britain.

In the senior men’s canoe double /C2/ event, France claimed victory, Great Britain finished second, and the Czech Republic came third.
