HISTORIC QUALIFICATION OF SERBIA'S WOMEN'S FOOTBALL TEAM TO LEAGUE OF NATIONS A

HELSINKI, JUNE 3 /SRNA/ – The Serbian women's national football team has qualified for Nations League A for the first time in its history.

The Serbian team drew 1–1 with Finland in Helsinki this evening in the final match of Group 3, League B.

Serbia finished top of the group with 14 points, three ahead of Finland, who will go to the playoffs.

Finland took the lead through Nea Lehtola in the 71st minute, while the equalizer came in the 83rd minute via an own goal by Marja Raut, following a shot by Miljana Ivanović.
