GOLD MEDAL FOR DIMITRIJE SAVIĆ IN BUCHAREST

PALE, JUNE 30 /SRNA/ - A member of the Pale Judo Club Romanija Dimitrije Savić became the Balkan champion in the under 100 kg category at the competition held in Bucharest, and the Mayor of the Pale municipality Dejan Kojić hosted a reception for this young judoka today.

Kojić hosted Savić and his coach Dražen Subotić in his office, and congratulated them on this fantastic success.

Savić reached the gold medal at the competition held last weekend with impressive victories over the national team members of Turkey, Greece, and BiH, confirming that he is at the very top of Balkan judo.

The Romanija Judo Club stated that this result is the fruit of years of dedicated work, discipline, and perseverance, as well as another confirmation of the high-quality work of this sports collective.

Savić is the current senior judo champion of BiH and the best athlete of the Pale municipality for the past year.
