BEIJING, OCTOBER 6 /SRNA/ - Serbian tennis player Novak Đoković won the ATP tournament in Beijing after Australia's Alex de Minaur retired in the second set, giving Đoković the 102nd ATP title of his career.

Đoković led by one set to love, but De Minaur was unable to continue after one game of the second set because of a problem with his left leg.

The Australian took a medical timeout after the first set, briefly left the court and returned with his leg bandaged. He tried to continue but eventually decided to retire from the match.

Đoković also received medical attention during the break between sets because of stomach problems, with the doctor treating him for several minutes.

In addition to claiming his 102nd ATP title, Đoković maintained his unbeaten record in Beijing, improving to 34 wins from 34 matches at the tournament.
