CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL TO BE HELD IN MUNICH IN 2028

THESSALONIKI, SEPTEMBER 15 /SRNA/ - The 2028 Champions League final will be held at the Allianz Arena in Munich, while a year later the Camp Nou in Barcelona will have the opportunity to host the final, it was announced today following a meeting of the Union of European Football Associations /UEFA/ in Thessaloniki.

The Munich arena will host the football final for the third time, following 2012 and 2025.

The renovated Camp Nou has also hosted the Champions League final on two occasions.

The next Champions League final will be played at the Metropolitano Stadium in Madrid, German DPA reported.

UEFA announced that the Women’s Champions League finals will be held in Lyon in 2028 and Cardiff in 2029.

The 2028 Europa League final will be played in Budapest, and a year later in Belgrade.

The Conference League finals will be held in Turin in 2028 and at the Puskás Arena in Budapest in 2029.

The European Super Cup will be played at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam in 2027, and in 2028 at Astana Stadium in the Kazakh capital of the same name.
