ZELL THANKED DODIK: SRPSKA WAS AMONG THE FIRST TO STAND WITH ISRAEL

TEL AVIV, OCTOBER 7 /SRNA/ - The President of the Republican Party in Israel Marc Zell thanked President Milorad Dodik for his support for Israel, noting that after the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023, Srpska was among the first to stand with Israel.

"Three years ago, the people of Israel experienced one of the darkest mornings in our history, and Republika Srpska was among the first to stand with Israel - and never wavered," Zell wrote on X.

Zell reminded that the Palace of the Republic in Banja Luka was illuminated last night in memory of the Israeli victims and in solidarity with the Israeli people on the occasion of three years since the terrorist attack by Hamas on Israel.

"Thank you Milorad Dodik. Thank you Republika Srpska. True friends are known in the hardest moments," Zell concluded.

In addition to Zell, President Milorad Dodik and Srpska were also thanked by Israel's Ambassador to BiH and Albania Galit Peleg.

"Thank you Milorad Dodik, thank you Republika Srpska for always being with Israel, especially on this painful day," Peleg wrote on X.

On October 7, 2023, Hamas invaded and launched a rocket attack on Israeli territory. Around 1,200 people in Israel were killed then, and more than 250 Israelis were kidnapped by Hamas militants.
