WORLD BANK READY TO BACK SRPSKA'S FUTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

BANJA LUKA, JULY 6 /SRNA/ – Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić and World Bank Regional Director for the Western Balkans Xiaoqing Yu highlighted the strong cooperation between the Republika Srpska Government and the World Bank and expressed confidence that their partnership would continue successfully in the future.

Yu said the World Bank is ready to provide both technical and financial support for government projects in the digitalization of public services, as well as other initiatives important for further economic development.

She thanked Prime Minister Minić for his dedicated engagement and said the World Bank remains available to support the Republika Srpska Government in future projects.

The meeting included detailed discussions on the current status and implementation of joint projects, with a particular focus on agriculture, transport and road infrastructure, energy, and water supply and wastewater management, the Republika Srpska Government's Public Relations Bureau said in a statement.
