BANJA LUKA, JULY 17 /SRNA/ - Republika Srpska Prime Minister Radovan Višković said that Christian Schmidt today showed that he is involved in criminal actions in BiH by imposing decisions on "Vijadukt" case and the election process, and that the institutions of Srpska will request an investigation from the FBI.
Višković pointed out that Srpska never ran away from its obligations considering the Vijadukt.
He stated that the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, at the time she was the Prime Minister of Srpska, signed a protocol with then Chairperson of the Council of Ministers by which Srpska accepted to pay its obligations if arbitration occurs.
"BiH was sued, not Srpska. BiH was sentenced, and it should have paid from its own funds, and the Fiscal Council of BiH requested that these funds be settled from the funds of the Central Bank of BiH, which was not allowed by two members of the Presidency of BiH /Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirević/," Višković said.
He pointed out that Srpska is a co-owner of the Central Bank of BiH, i.e. the owner of 42 percent, and that at one time it took a loan in order to bring in its share of capital when this bank was founded.
"The profit of the Central Bank of BiH also belongs to us in the amount of 42 percent. We rightly said that we agree to allocate funds from those funds /for Vijadukt/, but two members of the BiH Presidency did not accept that," Višković said.
He added that with today's decision of Schmidt, the Fiscal Council, the Presidency, the Council of Ministers and all the institutions of BiH, which, as he assessed, no longer exist as of today, were derogated.
"And as far as the so-called election equipment is concerned, it has already been in BiH for more than a year and this decision by Schmidt is just the legalization of another dirty deal," Višković said.
He pointed out that, according to the imposed decision of Schmidt, funds from the Central Bank of BiH are used for the purchase of equipment, while they cannot be used for Vijadukt.
"This shows that there is a dishonorable act behind everything. We will ask, if necessary, for the FBI to investigate this, because in my opinion, this is a bigger crime," Višković said.
He pointed out that this is the peak of disrespect for the institutions of a country that should be a member of the UN and a member for accession to the EU.
"No one needs a country like this, and with an illegal usurper of all institutions, it cannot run for any process. Today, Schmidt exceeded all measures and showed his true face, and the true face is his involvement in criminal activities in BiH," Višković said.
