VIENNA, DECEMBER 17 /SRNA/ – The audience at Vienna's Akzent Theatre was delighted with the play "The House", performed by actors of the National Theatre of Republika Srpska, which maintains continuity of cooperation and promotes contemporary domestic artists, said Head of the Representative Office of Republika Srpska in Austria Mladen Filipović.

Filipović today hosted representatives of the National Theatre of Republika Srpska, which has been performing in Vienna for the seventh consecutive year.
"The diaspora clearly understands the essence and messages conveyed by the authors, and the ensemble presented them excellently last night. Cooperation within the Serbian community in Austria in the field of economy is at a high level, and such guest performances by our theatres are an opportunity to make further progress in the field of culture, because Republika Srpska has much to offer, to our great satisfaction," Filipović said.
Support for the National Theatre of Republika Srpska in organizing the guest performance was also provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska, the National Theatre announced.
The author of the play "The House" is Serbian actor Nebojša Ilić, while the adaptation and directing were done by Nikola Pejaković, and the cast includes Anđela Rakočević, Vladimir Đorđević, Željko Stjepanović, and Velimir Blanić.
A large number of members of the Serbian community in Vienna attended the performance, which was staged as part of the event "Days of Krajina in Austria", organized by the Representative Office of Republika Srpska.
