UNTIL EUROPEAN AMBASSADORS ATTEND REPUBLIKA SRPSKA DAY CELEBRATION, THEY WILL BE WALKING EMPTY STREETS OF BANJA LUKA

BANJA LUKA, MAY 9 /SRNA/ - SNSD President Milorad Dodik said that officials from Republika Srpska will not attend the marking of Europe Day until EU Delegation Head Luigi Soreca and European ambassadors attend the celebration of Republika Srpska Day, January 9.

"As long as the EU and its ambassador Soreca treat the imposition of laws by a foreign individual as the rule of law, their ambassadors will be walking the empty streets of Banja Luka,” Dodik said.

He added that representatives of the opposition will likely appear, for whom national pride and dignity are a foreign concept.

“Until they come on January 9 to the Republika Srpska Day celebration, there will be no Republika Srpska officials at the Europe Day celebration,” Dodik wrote on X.

Dodik said that as long as a large part of Europe is led by those who relativize the fight against fascism and silently observe concerts where fascist and Ustasha salutes are present, Europe is essentially moving away from the ideals it proclaimed after the victory over Nazism and fascism.

According to him, Republika Srpska remains firmly based on the values of anti-fascism and is committed to opposing historical relativism.
