BUDAPEST, MARCH 10 /SRNA/ - Ana Trišić-Babić and a Serb member of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH Radovan Kovačević met today at the opening of the Balkan Forum in Budapest with Hungary's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade and a great friend of Republika Srpska Péter Szijjártó.
Kovačević said that on that occasion, Szijjártó once again emphasized that Republika Srpska is an important factor in our region that deserves respect and with which Hungary plans to deepen cooperation further.
"Trišić-Babić and I conveyed the greetings from President Milorad Dodik to Péter Szijjártó and to the Government of Hungary, headed by Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, and wished them every success, with a mutual conviction that our cooperation in the future will become even more comprehensive," Kovačević wrote on X.
A conference titled Balkan Forum is currently being held in Budapest, organized by the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs.
"Ana Trišić-Babić will today take part in a panel discussion on the topic `Building a Stable and Secure Region Through Strategic Connectivity,` while I will speak on the topic `Family, Migration and Pathways to a Resilient Future,`" Kovačević wrote on X.
