SREBRENICA, APRIL 15 /SRNA/ - By describing the so-called Army of BiH, which committed horrific crimes during the war, as humane, courageous, and honorable in congratulatory messages on the occasion of the anniversary of its formation, political Sarajevo is pretending to be ignorant and naive, Branimir Kojić, the president of the Organization of Families of Captured and Killed Soldiers and Missing Civilians, told SRNA.
Kojić asked whether it is humane to kill the Dimitrijević brothers in Skelani with sniper fire, or the Vučetić family, or to torture young Brane Vučetić, who was taken to a camp in Srebrenica and subjected to treatment that violated all human rights conventions.
"To the Sarajevo charshia, courage means the killing of 3,267 Serbs in the central Podrinje region, or imprisoning people in Sarajevo camps until St. Sava's Day, January 27, 1996 - even though the Dayton Agreement was signed on December 14, 1995. Courage is also the act of Naser Orić, who fled Srebrenica by helicopter and earned the title `helicopter deserter,`" Kojić said.
He says that the so-called Army of BiH’s "humanity" is best described by the Muslims of Srebrenica themselves, whose humanitarian aid was seized and sold by Orić and his executioners, making them enormously wealthy in the process.
"They certainly had a will of steel, to be honest - but only to create a unitary BiH. However, thanks to the formation of the Republika Srpska Army, Serbs remained in these areas," Kojić said.
He says that the so-called Army of BiH, which is marking 33 years since its formation today, is notorious, and will go down in history as such.
