ŠUPUT: CREDIT RATING ASSESSMENT PROVES SOUND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 11 /SRNA/ - Director of the Republika Srpska Banking Agency, Srđan Šuput, described the improved credit rating awarded by the renowned agency Standard & Poor’s as a major success for Republika Srpska’s financial system.

"After the many challenges that Republika Srpska has faced, including numerous financial challenges, this is proof of sound policy and financial management, which has been recognised by both international and domestic investors on capital markets around the world and in Republika Srpska," Šuput said.

According to him, the rating will further strengthen and confirm the stability, strength and reliability of the banking sector in Republika Srpska, which is a very important factor in the stability of society as a whole.
