BANJA LUKA, MAY 31 /SRNA/ - President Milorad Dodik assessed that the remaining of Serbs in the territory of BiH in any kind of organization, even an entity one, would be unsustainable and disastrous.
"I must tell the people the truth; in any kind of organization in BiH, it is unsustainable for us. BiH is a shackle for Serbs, it does not allow us to develop, it does not allow us freedoms, not even peace, and that is something the people must know," Dodik said at the panel discussion "Geostrategic Direction of Srpska," which is being broadcast tonight on RTRS.
When asked whether Srpska has a protective wall in the new relationship with the Americans as well, Dodik replied that the talks are not going in that direction, but that the Serbian side believes it must define those relations.
He noted that Srpska had a political problem with the Bosniaks from Sarajevo, and assessed that a phase of civilizational divergence has now been entered.
Dodik pointed out that the role of foreigners is dominant in BiH and that all these years Serbs have been fighting against their decadent role; that is, they destroyed agreements whenever an attempt was made to reach them with the Muslims in Sarajevo.
"Nothing in BiH is sustainable, especially an internal agreement... Muslims have never tried to make a possible BiH, we have, and I think we should not try anymore and that we should give up on that," concluded Dodik.
