ŠERANIĆ: "TERME BANJA LUKA" WILL BE A SOURCE OF PRIDE FOR BANJA LUKA AND REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

BANJA LUKA, September 3 /SRNA/ - Minister of Health and Social Welfare of Republika Srpska Alen Šeranić said that "Terme Banja Luka" is a healthcare facility built to the highest standards, with all the necessary amenities for providing and developing new medical and recreational services, and will stand as a source of pride for both Banja Luka and Republika Srpska.

Šeranić noted that with its unique character and broad range of services, this center brings added value not only to tourism but also to the healthcare system of Republika Srpska, in which significant investments are being made.

According to him, the Government of Republika Srpska and the Institute "Dr Miroslav Zotović" have invested substantial resources in this project, but the true value of that investment will be shown in the future and measured by the satisfaction of patients and visitors.

"Our measure of success must be a healthier population, and for that we need therapeutic oases like this one, where people can enjoy the benefits of nature and devote proper attention to their health and well-being, guided by the experience, dedication, and expertise of the 'Zotović' Institute teams," Šeranić said at the opening of "Terme Banja Luka " in the Srpske Toplice neighborhood of Banja Luka.

He pointed out that "Terme Banja Luka" is another landmark facility, both within the Institute for Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Surgery "Dr Miroslav Zotović" and within the healthcare system of Republika Srpska.

"I believe that the news of the reopening of the old spa, now reborn as 'Terme Banja Luka,' will bring great joy to many residents of our city and the surrounding area who eagerly awaited this moment. This facility, shining in its full splendor tonight, certainly deserves that," Šeranić emphasized.

He congratulated the director, management, and team of the "Dr Miroslav Zotović" Institute for their determination and perseverance in enriching the healthcare and recreational tourism offerings of Banja Luka and Republika Srpska with such a modern facility.

"The natural wealth and potential of the waters at this location have long been known, but it was vision and the wholehearted support of Republika Srpska's leadership that made it possible for us to speak today with pride about the success and progress this project will inspire," Šeranić added.

He extended special gratitude to the leadership and the President of Republika Srpska.

The "Terme Banja Luka" spa-recreational center, located in the Srpske Toplice neighborhood of Banja Luka, officially opened tonight. It will provide healthcare services in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation, along with extensive therapeutic and spa facilities, as well as recreational and wellness segments.
