BANJA LUKA, MAY 16 /SRNA/ - Acting Director of the Office for International Cooperation of Republika Srpska Ana Trišić Babić stated that Christian Schmidt is a closed case and that Srpska must insist on the abolition of all imposed imperial laws and decisions.

Trišić Babić emphasized that the world is changing daily and that Republika Srpska must not miss the historical moment, nor be unprepared for it.

“Christian Schmidt did indeed operate in BiH without legitimacy and, through his decisions over the years, deepened the political crisis and attempted to institutionally weaken Republika Srpska. However, Schmidt is a closed case. Let those whose promises he did not fulfill settle accounts with his political legacy,” Ana Trišić Babić stated.

According to her, the minimum that Republika Srpska must do today is to clearly, loudly, and institutionally insist on the repeal of all imposed imperial laws and decisions.

“Only in this way can space be opened for lasting stabilization, agreement among domestic leaders, and genuine prosperity. Everything else is a continuation of agony and a policy of conflict that has for years suppressed any possible agreement,” Trišić Babić wrote on X.
