RATKO MLADIĆ - ALWAYS A HERO, NEVER A CRIMINAL!

KALINOVIK, AUGUST 27 /SRNA/ - The village of Božanovići is mourning today the loss of its greatest son and hero of the Serb people, General Ratko Mladić, who, with his knowledge, professionalism and love for his people, honorably and victoriously led the Army of Republika Srpska during the Defensive-Patriotic War, the general’s relative Tijo Mladić told SRNA.

“General Mladić, always a hero, never a criminal! Our Ratko will live forever in the hearts of everyone in his native village, Kalinovik, Republika Srpska, and the Serb people. We must not allow his magnificent legacy to be forgotten,” Tijo Mladić said.

He stressed that, as commander of the Republika Srpska Army, General Mladić, together with the heroic soldiers, managed to defend ancestral Serb homes from the attacks of those who wanted the Serb people to be wiped out in BiH.

“Eternal glory and thanks to him! I am certain that, as a society, we will remember our hero, our knight, a man with a great heart and a leader forever,” Tijo Mladić said.

General Ratko Mladić was born on March 12, 1943, in the village of Božanovići, in the municipality of Kalinovik.
